The Ouzoud waterfalls are a spectacular group of cascades located 150km northeast of Marrakech. We suggest a full day sightseeing tour allowing you to visit not just the waterfalls but also the beautiful rugged scenery which surrounds them. You can visit the local traditional Berber villages and explore the local fauna and flora of the Middle Atlas mountains; you may even encounter the wild monkeys which inhabit the area. Visitors may wish to cool off by swimming in the pristine waters before taking a traditional tajine lunch in the nearby village of Tanaghmeilt. For an unrivaled view of the falls, an optional boat ride along the Al Abid River can be arranged.
